Full Home Information Packs (including the EPC) are £215 (inclusive) for freehold, properties.  Price £195 for September only.

Leasehold, commonhold and unregistered properties may be subject to a surcharge.

Stand alone Energy Performance Certificates are £75 for properties up to 5 bedrooms. Properties larger than 5 bedrooms are £115.

All documents are supplied in PDF format. A printed hard copy or CD can be supplied foc if requested at time of order.

The target for completing an energy survey is 2 days from instruction and for a Home Information pack is 5 working days. However, it may on occasions take longer than this to provide the documents. If this is the case you will be kept updated
