Full Home Information Packs (including the EPC) are £199 (inclusive) for freehold, properties. 

Leasehold, commonhold and unregistered properties may be subject to a surcharge.

Stand alone Energy Performance Certificates are £65 for properties up to 5 bedrooms. Properties larger than 5 bedrooms may be subject to a surcharge.

All documents are supplied in PDF format. A printed hard copy or CD can be supplied foc if requested at time of order.

The target for completing the provisional HIP (required for marketing to commence) is 24 hours from instruction and for a complete Home Information pack is 5 working days. However, it may on occasions take longer than this to provide the documents. If this is the case you will be kept updated
